Dental Job Portal — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 31, 2026The Platform connects dental practices with dental professionals seeking employment. There are three categories of users:

| Administrator | Toothtactics Connect staff who verify accounts, moderate content, and manage the Platform |
To use Toothtactics Connect, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Job Seekers register using an email address or phone number and must provide their first name, last name, email address, home address, date of birth, and upload valid certification or licence documents. A CV/résumé may optionally be provided. Accounts must be verified via a confirmation email before access to job postings is granted.
Employers must provide the practice name, practice address, doctor's name, phone number, and agree to a separately provided contract agreement before posting jobs or contacting candidates.
Platform Administrators review and verify user accounts, licences, and certification documents submitted at registration. While we take reasonable steps to verify credentials:
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any account where submitted documents appear fraudulent, expired, or otherwise non-compliant.
Toothtactics Connect is a platform that facilitates connections between Employers and Job Seekers. We do not employ, and are not the employer of, any Job Seeker, and we do not guarantee that any job posting, application, or interview will result in employment.
The Platform provides in-platform chat functionality for Employers and Job Seekers to discuss interviews, scheduling, and clarifications. When using this feature, you agree not to:
We may monitor communications for compliance, safety, and quality purposes, and may suspend messaging privileges for users who violate this section.
Employers and Job Seekers may leave ratings and reviews after a completed placement or employment period. By submitting a review, you agree that it will be:
We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be false or abusive.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Certain features of the Platform, such as job postings or premium listings, may be subject to fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue fees for any feature, with reasonable notice to affected users.
The Platform, including its design, logos, features, and underlying software, is the property of Toothtactics Connect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV, certifications, and profile information), but grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toothtactics Connect makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Any hiring decision, employment relationship, or interaction arising from use of the Platform is solely between the Employer and the Job Seeker involved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toothtactics Connect and its owners, employees, and administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:
You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property) will survive.
Platform Administrators may access account information, job postings, and communications as reasonably necessary to verify credentials, investigate disputes or reports, enforce these Terms, and maintain overall platform compliance and safety.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Toothtactics Connect after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
